Never written a negative review before and have been going back and forth but think it is worth mentioning. Was burned from Hannah’s application of salicylic acid on three areas on my face, side cheek, nose, and chin. The visit was in early December 2022. Called the next day to inform her of my burn spots. She was willing to correct it, and gave me products for it. I tried it a for a week and asked her when I should expect to see any improvements. She told me to give it about 2 to 3 weeks. I used the product until then. Close to a month later, still no improvement; no fading. I asked for a full refund as I wasn’t seeing any improvement, which she processed, soon after she told me that she could no longer help me because it seemed to her I was unhappy with the service. She told me to go somewhere else to have my burns corrected. I called and left a message. No reply. Texted no reply. I emailed and she responded saying I didn’t follow her instructions, we weren’t a fit, and she could no longer help me. Needless to say, I still had burn spots on my face. I did buy my own products which have helped with the fading. Please all, be mindful of the proceeder you ask for, and be sure she is confident and knowledgeable in what she is doing on your face, especially those with more melanin!! Would not recommend due to how my issue was handled, in this case, was not handled professionally.

This was the best facial I’ve ever had! Hannah is wonderful and made me feel comfortable immediately. I opted for a brightening facial for my aging skin and I can truly say that my skin looks and feels so much better after only one treatment! I plan on treating myself to a facial or massage every month in support of my self care and feel I have selected the best place for this!
