I’ve been wrestling with whether or not to leave a review because my stylist was so sweet to me! But admittedly inexperienced. I’m super bummed about my cut. I went in for some simple long, blended layers but left the salon 4 to 5 inches shorter in some places – with very chunky layers. A few of the stylists seemed to be in a rush to leave for the day which also made me a bit uncomfortable.

I visited Double Image Hair Salon for Layer hair cut for long hair. I had a completely bad experience ! She completely messed up my hair and made it shape less. Literally I cried seeing my hair .She doesn’t now how to make Layer cut and messed up hair very very badly . .

Update 2.11 – The sweet owner called me to apologize for the incident and offered to do whatever it took to make the situation right. She said she was out of town and that the situation was not handled how she instructed and this is not how she conducts business. I did feel better knowing that she seemed to genuinely care about how her customers are treated and the reputation of the salon. Again, since there are so many great reviews, it seems like this could be a one-off incident. She offered a full refund but I told her to charge me for the trim and an all-over color, and the stylist could keep the tip already paid.
