Naomi is the BOMB. Not only is she kind and professional but she is the best beauty artist I’ve ever encountered. She truly cares about YOU loving how you look and how your lashes or brows come out. She’s very particular and patient and makes sure everything is done the best it can be done. My lashes always come out perfect- meaning the brush can go through them with no snags or pulls, my lashes look even across my entire lid, and they last for WEEKS. I get regular fills but even when things have come up and I haven’t been able to- my lashes last and still look great even after I’m due for a fill. I also get compliments multiple time a day about my lashes. LISTEN my lashes even looked great during and after delivering my baby! I’ll never go anywhere else!

(Part 3) I’m committing fraud, she’s been in business for A YEAR and never ran into this. I signed a waiver saying no refund (that I didn’t even get any copies of!!) (She’s inexperienced on top of that) Etc etc. I have worked in Healthcare for 5 years and Customer Service preceding that and have never experienced such low quality, ghetto, unprofessionalism in my life. For a business owner to actually go back and forth with me at 3am and telling me their personal feelings about me (which if I had let her continue could probably sue her for harrassment because her wanna be professional filter was coming off with each text) instead of being humble in your young 12 months into a profession that clearly she still need to learn ethics in. Probably won’t be around for long.
