Dori is one of the most amazing people I have ever met. I have been going to her for over two years and I have never left unhappy. She is personable and incredibly knowledgeable and she has completely changed my skin for the better. I know that she extends the same above and beyond experience to all of her clients which is why I recommend her spa over any other place I have been to. Even more so since she has talked me into multiple services that she offers. She is also a phenomal business owner and can’t wait to see what else she has in store!!!

I got my eye lashes done here and it wasn’t great. The first time I got a hybrid set and she said “next time you come back I’ll fill them more”. I trusted her. I booked a volume set and when I left it looked less than when I got them done the first time. She said the same thing “when you come back I’ll fill them more”. Obviously you won’t and I’m not going to be charged like crazy to not be happy and have them look like a classic. They were super uneven and I think she cut them too because they were short. She was also super sweet the first time and just very different the second time.

Extremely relaxing and all of the most modern techniques and machines were used. Also the price was so good! A real sticker shock in a good way! I have been to the Norwich Inn and spa for a facial before this and was extremely disappointed at both the cost and the results. I’ll be back to see Olivia everytime i return to CT! Dori is fantastic and helped me after a horrible waxing experience. I had originally gone to a nail salon to get a half leg wax but the salon only waxed the front half of my leg and I had a date the following day! I frantically called Dori and she calmed me down and scheduled an appointment outside of her normal hours. During the waxing session she was professional, soothing and lighthearted. I have never been treated so well during a waxing session!!! From now on I will only see Dori for my skin care needs and you should too.

Facials with Dori in her wonderful new space, are fantastic! I’ve experienced nice improvement in my mature skin as a result of her facials and products I now use at home. After years of using very expensive Swiss and French skin products with few positive results, I love the products from her salon. Incorporating a massage in the salon before my facial is heavenly!
