Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in for a trim and came out so short! They fried my daughters hair! The lady argued with me saying it’s normal to have damage when the hair is lighten! My daughter did not want it that bleach look! Took her to another salon and was told they damaged her hair so much they had to take inches off her hair to fix it! Rude service and I would never recommend this place! Went in for a trim and came out so short! They fried my daughters hair! The lady argued with me saying it’s normal to have damage when the hair is lighten! My daughter did not want it that bleach look! Took her to another salon and was told they damaged her hair so much they had to take inches off her hair to fix it! Rude service and I would never recommend this place! If the lady would of apologize or tried to help the situation I wouldn’t leave this review!

What a nightmare! Zero stars is what it deserves! Disgusted & horrified by Dori! She cannot cut women’s hair! I had long pretty hair until I went to this place! She did what she wanted to my hair. Which was chop it all off! Run away !

Horrible customer service. I went to get eyelash extensions and she got glue in my eyes. Then she tells me it’s my own fault. Then when i went to have them removed she was rude. And she burned my eyes. Plus it looks like she ripped my eyelashes off! I do not recommend them and will not be going back.

I used to always go here for my eyebrows and the one time I got my eyelashes done ruined everything for me. She put wayyy too many clusters on my eyes and I swear she used super glue, she got glue in my eye more than once and once I finaally got them off my eyelashes were nearly gone. Never again!

If I can give negative stars I would! We waited for 40 minutes, while the 2 ladies stand there and chit chat – well they spoke so loud it seems like they were yelling at each other. No greeting, no acknowledgement and when I asked what the wait time is, they paused, stared me down and continued to talk. As we got up and left, the one in the 1st booth came out the door and said ok I’m almost done, come back. Like really? Almost done? Sounds like you’re in a debate woman and it’s never going to end. There are at least 2-3 salons on every block, I’ll take my $ elsewhere.
