Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst experience of my life. If I could have rated her less than one I would have done that! I came in with my three year old son to trim up his hair with just a fade. She was very rude and treated my son very poorly. He had hair on his face and she told him it was his own fault and to deal with it. She then proceeded to imitate his crying. At this point I told her if you had no patience why did you tell me you cut kids hair. She said “I don’t like kids… been there done that.” Then she took the trimmers and buzzed the top of his head. I said oh my gosh that’s too short. Her response was he’s not sitting still and I don’t want to deal with trying to trim it up with scissors. Worst experience ever! I’ve seen people who are short with kids and have no patience. This was another level. We left with my son still covered in hair.
