Critical: Professionalism, ValueWent in for a hair cut waited close to 40 minutes to be next as when I was next the employees that already had their friends over just started talking with their friends. Waited another 10-15 minutes I was just being ignored. Oh and did I mention one worker completely skipped me and helped a person that was there after me! Went in for a hair cut waited close to 40 minutes to be next as when I was next the employees that already had their friends over just started talking with their friends. Waited another 10-15 minutes I was just being ignored. Oh and did I mention one worker completely skipped me and helped a person that was there after me! I just left and when to a place that is far better. First and last time I go there.

Critical: Quality, ValueI have been to this salon a few times. The first time I went was with a friend, she speaks spanish and had no problems, she loves the salon. However, every time I have been it has not been so fortunate. I went simply for a trim that I was told would be 25 dollars. The stylist did not speak english, however I was with my friend that spoke fluent spanish and she informed the stylist of what I was looking for. The stylist then cut layers into my hair and tried to charge me 45 dollars. My hair did not look bad though, so I paid and left The second time I went to the salon was to get my hair dyed. I have very long hair (approx. 3 ft) and expected it to be very expensive. The service was wonderful, however I went to the salon with light brown hair and was wanting to get it lightened to a dirty blonde with even lighter highlights. I left the salon with very dark brown hair and white streaks. After hours and hours I ended up paying over 200 dollars for a dye job that left my hair very damaged and was nothing like what I asked for. I had to pay an addition 600 dollars at another salon to get it fixed. Though the service was wonderful and they were very kind, I was so disappointed and will never again go to this salon.I have been to this salon a few times. I have been to this salon a few times. The first time I went was with a friend, she speaks spanish and had no problems, she loves the salon. However, every time I have been it has not been so fortunate. I went simply for a trim that I was told would be 25 dollars. This place it terrible I went there with my mom to get curtain bangs/wolf cut and after my hair looked like the little lad meme and the lady who did me didn’t speak English and was rude all the other people where men so nobody else could do me and when I was getting it done she yanked my head where it needed to be instead of gently moving it or even telling me. This place is terrible!
