Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have been to this place two times now and I can simply say is the best place to get your eyebrows done. The place is extremely clean and the staff is very professional! The person that did my eyebrows both times has been Hegel she is amazing my eyebrows already look so much better then before. I will defiantly keep going back.

Critical: QualityI have been doing my eyebrows here for 3 years and everything has been amazing, the service, the eyebrow work, no pain, the staff, etc! But since Covid happened they changed their staff, and not for the better. Today I went to get my eyebrows done and since I trust in their services with my eyes closed I went, as I always did, with no specific eyebrow. Yadira did my brows and completely ruined them, not to mention that it was super painful which never happens in this place. The end of my brows are completely gone, there is no shape on them whatsoever, and the inner eyebrow it’s super far back for no reason. If you ever think of doing your eyebrows here make sure to go with ADRIANA or HEGEL DÍAZ they are the only good one left doing eyebrows.He estado haciendo mis cejas aquí durante 3 años y todo ha sido increíble, el servicio, el trabajo de las cejas, sin dolor, el personal, etc. Pero desde que comenzó el Covid cambiaron su personal, y no para mejor. Hoy fui a hacerme las cejas y puesto que confío en sus servicios con los ojos cerrados fui, como siempre lo hice, sin ninguna señora en específico. Yadira mis cejas y las arruinó por completo, por no mencionar que fue súper doloroso lo que nunca ocurre en este lugar. El final de mis cejas se ha ido por completo, no hay forma en ninguna ceja (están súper disparejas) , y la ceja interior está muy lejos, sin motivo alguno. I have been doing my eyebrows here for 3 years and everything has been amazing, the service, the eyebrow work, no pain, the staff, etc! But since Covid happened they changed their staff, and not for the better.
