I have used a particular hairstyle at Dooley’s for over 20 years. Her name is Genia and I cannot recommend her enough. She is sweet, very friendly and very very good at what she does. She’s the only person I have found that is able to hear what I want and then do exactly what I want. I am 67 years old and she’s been cutting and coloring my hair since I was in my early 40’s so i guess it’s been more like almost 30 years – wiw, time flies faster the older you get. I had spent many years before Genia being recommended to me searching for the right hairdresser and having my haire ruined by horrible haircuts and botched hair colorings. Not only is she very very good at what she does, all the other people working there are very friendly. The shop itself is very clean too. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for her to finish the person ahead of me, which is pretty important since I’m not a very patient person. I highly recommend Dooley’s and i especially highly recommend Genia Young!

My suggestion would be to use any hairstylist there EXCEPT meagan. I went in for an all over highlight and cut. I showed her pictures of how I wanted it. She only left the color on for about 15 / 20 minutes and never put me under the dryer. I walked out with orange hair and my cut was uneven on the left side. The next day, which was a sunday, I had to have someone come and completely redo my hair because it was so orange and there were spots in the back where she didnt even put foils in. The color was about an inch from my root as well. I do not recommend this particular stylist, however, I have heard good things about the other stylists there such as krista. The owner and meagan refused to refund me my money, and i was also threatened to be sued due to writing a review on facebook and websites where the business is listed for reviews.
