Based on Donovan’s Serenity & Wellness’ website, I purchased a $350.00 spa package for my wife’s birthday. Only afterwards to find out that the services advertised on their website are not available. When calling, I was told that the credit does not expire ever, and can be used at any time…That does not give her the spa package that I wanted for her. It is not my problem that they have staffing issues. I would not have spent $350.00 if the services advertised were not available. I would have went somewhere else. Falsely advertising the services provided/available, and then not doing anything to correct that is not a way to conduct business.

Received gift certificate over the holidays and decided to try them out they could not take my daughter and I at the same time so end up sitting there while my daughter got a massage. She said it wasn’t good. Decided to use the rest of the gift certificate to dye my hair, made a date for it a month away and 30 days later when my alarm went off I called to double check the time and they told me they had no record of my appointment. They offered no compensation no apologies and said they could schedule me out another month wait! I was Furious and declined

Beautiful outdoor area to relax while you’re waiting. Friendly staff who was an expert in deep tissue massage. Cannot accommodate for couples message so we had to book back to back appointments.
