I had a facial and Donna was AMAZING! She tailored the facial to my issues of acne and recommended a few things. It’s been a couple of weeks since I had the facial and my face has never looked better. Acne is gone!! She recommended a mud mask and gave some samples and I am still using them!! Donna is a master of her craft! A down to earth, highly experienced esthetician. Gave me a free consultation about a skin issue (skin lifting). Advised me on what steps to take. Even referred me to another colleague, whom she knew could help start the repair process (eyebrow threading). Donna welcomed me to come back when I was ready. Or if I decided to stay with the other vendor, knew I would be in good hands. That showed me that Donna cares about her customers first and foremost. So after my problem was resolved. I recently moved to the Cape during the pandemic and needed a facial – badly! My skin has always been something I am insecure about. I completely skipped teenage breakouts in High School and later developed hormonal acne in College – which lasted until Grad School.
