This was my first time ever getting my nails done in my entire life. I went with my friend I got a manicure and pedicure. It was an amazing experience the woman was very patient with me.I would’ve given a 5 if my nail technician was friendlier. She didn’t talk to me I’m so happy my friend was there to talk to me as I was very nervous with it being my first time. I’d go back for sure!

I loved getting my nails done here, prices were great, nails never lifted, and service was good. Unfortunately there is a cleanliness problem. I have never gotten a nail fungal infection in my life, I did get 1 fill in, just two weeks after a full set, 2 weeks ago. So in 4 weeks this is what developed under my fake nail. The nails do not lift so it is highly unlikely any moisture was under the acrylic nail. Fortunately I had super light polish I could see through to see there was an infection and removed all nails immediately. However, please make sure everything is clean so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Unfortunately I won’t be returning after this.

This is my favorite place for a pedicure in Lansing because of their deluxe pedicure. The technicians give amazing calf and foot massages which is 90% of the reason I get pedicures anyways! They take their time and do a great job! Pedicure

I had Michelle and she did a great job. I showed up pretty early and didn’t expect to be taken care of right away. She took care of me right away, super nice! Very gentle which I appreciated so much after a couple of brutal pedicures at a place down the street.) I would recommend this buisness. Pedicure

Critical: QualityAs soon as I arrived I felt unwelcome. The staff was cleaning the salon to close even though I had communicated my appointment with them earlier that day. The tech I saw did not listen to what I wanted and did her own thing. She made my nails FAR shorter than I wanted and didn’t take into consideration the design I had picked out. She tried to get me to pay for my “service” before I was finished and the lady I saw was putting on her coat and hat WHILE MY NAILS WERE STILL CURING. I’m very disappointed.. I used to love this place. They were very cheap but also very talented. The last two experiences have been terrible and I will not be going back. This past time I got a full set gel and they quoted me $30 which is $5 more then I used to pay here. By the time I was done it was $40. I was going to get a sparkle top coat but when they put it on the sparkles were contaminated by another color and came out foggy and yellow. When I told the guy doing my nails he replied “oh maybe it’s just your eyes” and still ended up charging me extra for the sparkles even though we did not go with the sparkles. At the end I looked at my nails and they had a white powder around them that was not cleaned off. I’m very disappointed and will not be going back. They have lost a very loyal customer. I will also be uploading pictures.

I have come here a few times for a shellac manicure and I love it. They’re gentle, they take their time, the shape of my nails is how I request them to be, and my nails are very long lasting with a thick coat of polish. They’re reasonably priced as well. This is my go to place.
