Horrible place. The ladies laugh at other customers while doing your nails. I felt so bad for her. They think you don’t understand what they r saying. Waxing there is the worst!!! By far of any place ever. My eyebrows were crooked! I asked if they could do design’s on nails. I asked for poka dots. Simple right? Clearly not. They said they could do it but then the lady rolled her eyes. I changed the color 2 accommodate them. The customer had to accommodate! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I think they forgot they are in the customer service industry
