Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMarie has been cutting my hair since 1987, hard to believe she is that old. Every three weeks on a Tuesday I look forward to going and getting my usual great haircut and catching up on the local happenings. All the gals there are fantastic and would not think of going anywhere else.

I came in to get my roots dyed here and started by telling the hairdresser that I just got my ears pierced and they were tender so to try to be careful around them. She continued working on my hair, constantly touching my ears throughout the process. Then, when she was applying the dye, it felt like she was ripping the hair out of my scalp. She asked how my scalp felt and I said it’s a little sensitive and she became even more rough for the rest of the process. When it was all on, my hair looked disgusting. I understand that I have dye on it so it’s not going to look great, but she had it ripped in every direction. Throughout the entire process, she was extremely rude to me, probably because I’m a lot younger than her usual clients because as soon as another older women sat in her chair, she was a lot kinder and willing to have conversation. Another woman dried my hair for a couple minutes and said more to be in those two minutes than my hairdresser said to me throughout the entire process. It’s now two days later, my hair is a disgusting yellow color and I will never return here again.
