Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy teenage daughter went here to get her nails done for a halloween costume. She told the lady she wanted a fire design on her nails and wanted to keep them short for volleyball. The lady told her it wasn’t possible to keep them short because they’re acrylics and that the fire design was “outdated and so two years ago”. The final nails were completely crooked, chipping & twice as long as they should have been. She charged her $60 for nails we’ll have to cut off. My teenage daughter went here to get her nails done for a halloween costume. She told the lady she wanted a fire design on her nails and wanted to keep them short for volleyball. I have had a great manicure or pedicure every time that I have been there. Recently, I have been impressed with the precautions they have taken for Covid-19. No one in the salon except with an appointment. All employees wear face masks and mandatory facemask, handwashing and temperature check for every customer. In addition, they have installed plexiglass barriers at all of the manicure and pedicure stations. Finally, they take care not to seat customers next to each other. I love the staff at Donna’s! They’re very friendly and are flexible to work around my schedule at the last minute. I have had a great manicure or pedicure every time that I have been there.
