My own headache pain brought me to become a massage therapist. My mantra was ‘my pain was my gain’ in trying to figure out how to move through the day without another headache. I’ve been a full time massage therapist since 2002, working with many age groups and a variety of occupations. The goal is to help you live a pain-free and stress free life. I have training in lymphatic drainage, CranioSacral, sports massage, deep tissue and of course relaxation. In the 19+ years as a massage therapist, I have primarily worked out of my home. This provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere in a room that is warm and gently lit. I really want you to get the most out of your massage, so I am quiet so you can receive the most out of your session.
