Based on the recommendation of a friend my son easily made an appointment online. They only charged his card a little over $1 to save his spot. CIA the barber did an excellent job giving him a haircut and cornrow braiding the top of his head!! She is also personable with a great attitude. Any questions you have up front she answers politely as I called a couple of times before the appointment to verify things. Highly recommend this barber shop.

The most ridiculous conversation i ever had was when I called this neighborhood business trying to get a haircut was told Walk ins only on Saturday but if you want to come in and wait until all appointments are done you can, also it’s an additional 5 dollars and you still might not get a haircut clearly this must be the place where Jay-Z, Anita Baker, and Kem comes for a haircut because today is Wednesday and unless you don’t have a job or anything else to do in life this is the spot.I will be notifying all of my friends and family and especially my business partners to under no circumstances visit this place ever.

Let me start off by saying that the first time I got my hair cut here the service and cut I experienced was excellent. The second experience, however, I scheduled an appointment via the styleseat app and the app glitched and wasn’t showing the initial appointment I had set. I tried calling to verify whether the barber still had me on schedule for a cut but no answer so I drove down the street just to ask. When I got there, I asked if she still had me scheduled for a cut and she said “no” but she had a cancellation so I thought that meant she was free to cut my hair. It wasn’t until the guy barber started mean-mugging me that I was informed that I would have to reschedule via the styleseat app–which I completely understood but don’t try to belittle me for your lacking the ability to express your thoughts in a cohesive manner. I think he’s just salty that everyone requests the girl for haircuts. Anyway, I apologized on the spot twice for the misunderstanding, and I just got the vibe that they were judging me. Needless to say I won’t be spending my money here anymore. It’s such a shame too, because the lady really has a gift for cutting hair.

This was my first time here!!!! Met a nice lady at the beauty supply store and asked her if she knew of any good barbers in the area. She told me about CIA and I’m glad she did because I was looking for a female barber as well as one close to my place of residence!!!! I love my cut and I will definitely be coming back!!!!! Took my son here for a line up last minute. Cia and Donald were so welcoming and helpful with his first time braids! Their shop is very clean and well decorated! Love the atmosphere. I would recommend this shop a million times over!

Took my 3 year old son Bentley last minute before the party we had to go to they took him right in, a lady did it I forgot her name but she was amazing best hair cut he’s ever had! This is my place now.The guy who owns also very friendly!

Had to take my stars back. They have GREATLY DECLINED IN SERVICE. The shop says open at 9am and there was no one here until 11 with 0 communication of that. This IS NOT a professional service, just a place to maybe get a haircut, sometimes, if they feel like it.
