Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI bring my my son here all the time. This place exceeds my expectations. These guys are professional and customer friendly. It feels like your neighborhood barbershop. Also, these guys are not like some barbershops they do a rush job on you and out the door you go and unhappy because it was really what you didn’t want. What I mean is when you sit down on their chair at that point its all about you whether you are getting haircut, beard, hot towel etc…. you will get good service and walk out of there satisfied.. I live on the North side of Melbourne and I drive my son here all the time. My son gets compliments of his haircut and beard all the time. I bring my my son here all the time. This place exceeds my expectations. These guys are professional and customer friendly. It feels like your neighborhood barbershop. Also, these guys are not like some barbershops they do a rush job on you and out the door you go and unhappy because it was really what you didn’t want. What I mean is when you sit down on their chair at that point its all about you whether you are getting haircut, beard, hot towel etc…. you will get good service and walk out of there satisfied.. Critical: ProfessionalismCame to the barbershop for a undercut. When I arrived I wasn’t greeted. I waited for about 15 min. Another guy came in shortly after me and the barber asked him was he waiting on anyone in particular and if not he could take him. I was completely over looked. Came to the barbershop for a undercut. When I arrived I wasn’t greeted. I waited for about 15 min. Another guy came in shortly after me and the barber asked him was he waiting on anyone in particular and if not he could take him. I was completely over looked. I sat there and waited 4 hours one time to get my haircut and others came in after me and got their hair cut, finally I said something and they apologized and started talking about me in Spanish. They don’t know that I understood them smh. The last time I went there I did not like my haircut, I was so upset to the point of almost crying, instead of apologizing, the barber decided to cuss me out instead, in front of all the other customers (very loudly) I started to respond but I decided it wasn’t worth it and left. The professionalism and customer service is horrible. It’s almost like he wanted me to lie about being satisfied about my haircut, I suppose his feelings were hurt. It’s always about 2 hours or more wait time, no one even greets you. I sat there and waited 4 hours one time to get my haircut and others came in after me and got their hair cut, finally I said something and they apologized and started talking about me in Spanish.
