My second experience with Georgia was incredible for the second time! I told her at my last appt that it’s been a long time since I’ve found “my new hair girl”, but she’s IT! Don’t let that young face fool you – this chick has big city experience at a small town price – and her positive energy! Smiling and happy to see me every time and she makes me feel like I’m the only person in the building. She listened to what I wanted and was able to do what no one else has been able to understand. She answered questions, made suggestions and didn’t pressure me to buy anything. Georgia reached out to me personally to let me know of her recent employment switch, which made me feel valued. She is so happy at Don Franco, too.They treat her well and the ambiance is modern, clean, classy and relaxing. A private suite is available, which I feel is a considerate touch. I can’t wait to go back!

I can’t say enough good things about don Franco! They did such an amazing job on my hair (Ina) and makeup (Danielle) for my wedding! My hair and makeup last year with beautique salon was horrible so I was terrified of getting it done this year with a new salon that I couldn’t get a trial at since I’m from Texas, but Ina and Danielle did an amazing job. I can’t describe how happy I was with how I turned out and they were both so kind to me and made me feel special on my big day!

Let me start off by say I only docked 2 stars because I felt bamboozled by the price I paid. $75 for a haircut/$90 including tip. My stylist was very personable and I do like how my hair turned out. I was a walk in and I did wash my own hair because I felt bad for not making an appointment. I had a cut that needed to have the layers fixed & have felt extremely sad with my appearance. With that being said she blow dried my hair w a round brush and fixed the unevenness. I called after the fact and asked what normal price range would be ( knowing each stylist has their own prices) & she looked and said 55-65. While I know I didn’t have to wash my hair and didn’t expect to dock the price I guess I just didn’t expect to walk out paying $75 for a cut not including tip. I know I should’ve asked prior and that’s my own fault. But I cannot get passed paying $90! That is absurd! I understand inflation and the worth of stylist but there’s a point when you’re taking advantage of a person & for that I won’t be back.

I recently followed a stylist named Georgia Siler, who had done my hair when she worked at Somerset Hair Salon, over to Don Franko’s, which I’m so happy about !! I know one thing, she knows hair coloring, & how to cut hair !! I’ve been to a lot of salons over the years, and this stylist is got talent !! She’s a sweetheart & talented, so definitely give her a call, you wont want anyone else touching your hair again !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

While waiting for my hair appointment, I overheard a nail tech talking trash about a customer who just got her hair done and was outside taking selfies. That was really rude and unprofessional. Should learn to keep your mouth shut! On another note, they’re way overpriced. Will not return.

Out of the few times I’ve ven here, this is my second bad experience. The first one I co sidereal the stylist being new on the floor, as to why she rushed and didn’t finish my cut while her next client waited.. overall terrible cut by a very nice stylist. I let my hair grow for a long time before going back to a very experienced stylist and getting the best cut I’ve ever had. I called for another cut by that stylist and she’s moved on, so I told the receptionist *I’m pretty picky and need a really good stylist* when in reality, I just have thick hair and it requires someone with experience to cut it right. I then sit down in my new stylists chair, and she then tells me she’s new on the floor.. I still felt comfortable as her and I clicked, but when she got done really quick with my cut (it usually takes about an hour) I saw it wasn’t layered like I asked so she redid it. That was my mistake. I should’ve walked out before letting her cut my hair more. Despite me saying don’t cut my length, she took the thinning shears to my entire head, even my ends..I lost a couple more inches of length and everything on my head is very uneven. I went from long beautiful hair to not even enough for a decent ponytail. It’s going to take years to grow out from this cut. I called to make a new appt but had to no show due to my grandbaby being born, as I had other more important things on my mind. I admit admit was rude on my part and and should’ve called and canceled. I made a second appt w the owner to just lokk at my hair. I decided I can’t lose anymore hair and i just needed it looked at. I was told due to my no show I needed to book w a card. I understand thishowever, I didn’t want a cut and I dont feel I should’ve had to do this. This was a bad attempt on the owners part to make things right. They need to make sure their stylists are more prepared when going from asst to stylist. I’m extremely unhappy with my haircut and don’t feel like myself anymore. I took pride in my hair until now. Now I absolutely hate my hair. When paying $70 for a haircut w a tip, I should’ve gotten what I asked for.
