Went to Dominique to get Senegalese Twists. She is very nice but her work for these twists was awful. I had one twist fall out after a day. There were also several twists starting to slip out from the root. She did not secure the twists properly. The twists were also not very neat. I have been getting braids for almost 15 years and have never had an experience like this one. She offered to correct the problems. She redid my hair because it was clear that the twists would not hold through the week. She redid my head and I thought the style would hold at the root. However, the twists started unraveling from the bottom and middle. I had to go through my head and figure out how to redo my hair. When I asked for my money back due to the level of inconvenience and the huge issue that her work was not holding up, she refused. This was a extremely frustating experience as a customer. I don’t know why she was unable to secure the twists. Because when I fixed the problem twists, they did not unravel. But the current problem is that I am continuing to hv to correct other twists that she did. I would never recommend her to anyone for braids.
