Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI literally just left this salon on 5/06/2021. The lady was rude and she also charged me $250 for box braids that weren’t even full. They were spaced out and the style wasn’t even what i asked for. She was on the phone the whole time and yelling. I sat for 6 hours in a extremely uncomfortable chair and I’m not at all satisfied with my hair. When i left my edges were bushy and my parts in my hair weren’t even box parts, it looked like something she had come up with.The whole style was a mess.
