I’ve been here 3x, maybe 4. But each time I come I never really wait I think the most I waited was 10/15 mins and it was about 6/7 women doing hair. I think they are fast, neat braids and friendly and reasonable prices.I recommend them and I’m going back again. Braids

Wow!!! I love it that I go to this salon. This is the only shop out all African hair braiding salon’s I ever been to. They actually listen to you and make sure your service is done the way the customer wants. There is no other shop I go to get my hair braided besides this one, thanks to them.

Had an appointment scheduled got there I had to wait. I waited one hour not a word from the stylist then another 10 minutes so I asked she said someone will be here in 5 minutes. So I waited one hour and 15 minutes. So I left. Did not get hair done. They are very very very slow. They don’t care, act like your (wasted) time is nothing, no communication to their customers, very unprofessional and seem very incompetent they don’t need to be doing hair. Will not be going there again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone.

This is my second time over there and I didn’t like the treatment. Workers talk a lot and they don’t listen to clients. I wanted my hair washed before braiding and I went with my own shampoo and conditioner. The lady didn’t put her hands in my hair to wash it, I had to put my hands in my hair to wash it. She only put on the water for me. She got so mad when I said she should apply my conditioner after she shampoo my hair just once so I had to tell her to stop because she said they have their own 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner and since I didn’t use that she cannot wash my hair twice. My hair was not rinsed well with lather everywhere and when I asked her to rinse it well for me, she told me she can’t and that she has more hair to do ,my hair was blow dried with foam in it. I have never been treated like this before. I don’t do comments but this really hit me. I cried. They do good job but are not patient.
