I made my hair appointment on Tuesday,November 1,2022 for Saturday,November 5,2022 for 9am. I got there at 8:45am. The person that was suppose to do my hair wasn’t there. I left the salon at 9:30 am and called the owner which didn’t care. This salon is very unprofessional and I shouldn’t be waiting an hour for the stylist to arrive.this is the second time the stylist has done this. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I arrived at 2:50 pm and waited an hour just to be told that she canceled on me because she had a baby to take care of. Made an appointment and was told the woman who was supposed to do my hair would arrive at 3 pm. I arrived at 2:50 pm and waited an hour just to be told that she canceled on me because she had a baby to take care of. They braid hair too tight and hairstyles including hair extensions is too tight and I suffer with high blood pressure too I had really bad headaches I don’t recommend anyone to go there to get their hair done they laugh and talk about their customers while they do your hair And when I Called and told the owner about my she did not give me a refund or offer to redo my hair this business needs to be close down and reported to BBB

I had an 8 am appointment with Domique and she had some one ELSE DO IT AT 9 am. The lady kept stopping and talking. Showed them a picture of how I wanted hairstyle and it was nothing like it. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. First picture is what i got versus the second picture is what I asked for.

I was a new customer and bought my two daughters in spent $500! The lady who did my hair was so tired that she looked like she jumped out of bed and straight to work. The owners attitude made you feel unwelcome. No smiles no friendly vibes, just screw faces the whole time. They acted like they did not want to be there. The style was good but the attitude made me not want to return. They quoted me a price over the phone but when I got there they changed the price to $60 higher.

Very great job. My first experience I brought both of my daughters ages 8 and 10. I was a little scarce at first being that they are young and me being the only one who does there hair. I was worried about the braids being to tight especially around there edges. So I requested them to be very easy(not tight) on there edges. It didnt take to long they moved right along.In the braids came out great. It lasted them a little over 2months. Was charged 70 per child which wasn’t bad. A few months later I got my hair done and they came out great. I havent had braids in my hair in over 13years in i loved them. In the price was good…

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I am 8 months pregnant. And they took care of me FAST! They were really nice and made sure I was comfortable and safe. I WILL BE BACK!!!! My hair is AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL and all of the women were really nice!!!!! Definitely recommend!

This is probably the worst salon I’ve been to. I made an 8 am appointment and wasn’t seen until 10am. The workers all had attitudes and acted as though they didn’t want to be there. I showed them a pic of how I wanted my hair and of course by the time I was done it looked nothing like the pic. On top of it my braids were very sloppy and looked like my little 10 year old sister had done them. I will not be back and don’t recommend them to anyone. Very dissatisfied
