This is the worst Dominican salon I have ever been to. They do not use any quality hair products and want to charge $65 dollars for a wash/set/blow out. I spent $100 bc I got deep conditioner. The lady with the red hair did my hair and does not know how to blow dry your hair or style hair. She kept using a comb to blow dry my hair and when I said I didn’t like how she was blow drying my hair she tried to use a brush and kept spraying grease and put something in the front of my hair that made it stick. My hair looks greasy and dirty. It’s awful they call themselves Dominican stylists. The lady could tell I did not like how she did my hair and she not say anything at all.

People are so ignorant, poor knowledge, 1.)relaxer cost even more, that a deep conditioning there is not logic sense that they will use relaxer to the deep conditioner cause that cost money is not free, is not make sense at all, 2.) you can smell it have a strong smell, if you have a relaxer before the process is totally different to a deep conditioner, is you are under the heat with even small amount of relaxer you shouldn’t have hair by this time, which it DOESN’T MAKE SENSE. 3.) weather, washing your hair with hot water, or wrong product can make you lack of water (NOT OIL) is different ( Water), that’s why is completely understandable to use deep conditioner before the blowout service and that’s why you see different cause oil, is not the same as water, is like our body, our hair, skin needs water. Is very common people use oil and not deep conditioner make of water. Most of the time the required deep conditioner because the dryness can even broke your hair, and that will be another problem isn’t? They are training for American African hair, that’s why they think there’s relaxer on deep conditioner but believe me special this hard time they won’t give you a relaxer with a price of deep, it won’t happen, relaxer cost, a lot more that deep. So please before say something like this; read, is important. Also a relaxer is a strong product (chemical) that can cause burning if they left you with it too long, or too close to the scalp is not a deep conditioner also is important to let know the stylist you have a sensitive skin they can use the sensitive one, most people need the sensitive one, communication is important.

They were nice, but I recommend you to ask and insist on how much she would charge you. I keep asking her, never gave me a direct answer. I ended up paying almost 500.00 dollars and not even in the receipt was explain why. My high lights were ok but the hair cut ♀️ was very uneven, terrible! No volveré jamás! My cabello esta peor y seco.

Usually when I go it’s great service but today because the boss , Yeranis , is out of town the service was bad, the stylist act like she can’t talk English and had the assistant talking for her, claimed she couldn’t do short hair when I’ve seen them do short hair before. Been going there a long time. The assistant was doing the stylist nails so she didn’t want to do her job is what it balled down to.

They put relaxer in their Conditioner without telling you. My original texture is curly when wet and I am a Natural girl no chemicals. I had my hair dyed here and I kept smelling perm but I thought it was from someone else getting there hair done until I saw my hair in the mirror looking thin and completely straight. Of course they don’t speak English so it’s hard to even talk to them. My hair has broken off tremendously due to me dying it and then them adding relaxer to the conditioner. This is bad for business and is not acceptable.

This shop should be investigated for licensing and closed for business. The owner is the only person that licensed but is hardly present in the salon. All the other “workers” are neither licensed or can wash hair, let alone style hair without causing damage with styling tools. I got a second degree burn on my last service, which the stylist never acknowledged. I had to use a mirror when I got home to validate she severely burned the nape of my neck. I am currently retaining an attorney.
