Walked in the shop and took a card for prices yesterday. Saw $25 very cool. Went back today to verify opening, women looked at me crazy first time. Then when I came back, now she adds $10 to the price and couldn’t even say hi how are you? Be grateful when someone wants to hit up your establishment. It looks like the hood spot anyway. No good products. Don’t go, we got wayyyyyy better in Allentown. I promise

I was in by 3:12 and out by 4:23pm the owner who looks like a teenager was pleasant and I really enjoyed talking to her! My hair came out great! The price was reasonable and my experience was spectacular! I am usually a difficult customer considering my hair used to be long and going to the wrong hair salons and bleaching has shortened it but I was very pleased with my hair! Thanks you so much for being fast and not making me spend my entire day in a hair salon! Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery clean salon. Wouldn’t return to it though.Not afro hair friendly. They do take walk in’s which is nice. Customer service is nonexistent if you have options go to Holiday Hair Bethlehem Square. Stylist didn’t want to be there and didn’t try and hide it.If i could give 0 stars i would.Hair looked like i did it at home. all for 65 bucks. You live you learn.Very clean salon. I agree with Alyza and Tia. The one stylist is very racist, for a lack of a better term. She too assumed that I did not understand Spanish too. (I can’t speak, but I can understand). Because my hair was naturally curly and just hitting shoulder length, they charged me $60 dollars after they told me in the beginning that my cost would be $45. She was rough with my hair and had an attitude the whole time she was doing my hair. On the priority list, I was last. She attended to someone who came in 30 minutes after me. Overall, it was an awful experience, and I will definitely not return.

The owner assumed I did not speak Spanish. She was telling the lady that was doing my hair in Spanish “We’re going to charge this white girl that has money $60”. When I went up to pay she told me $60 and I showed her the salons prices(speaking Spanish to her) and then she dropped the price. The lady did an awesome job blow drying my hair but it wasnt worth almost being charged extra just because I look “white”. Wouldn’t recommend going unless you like being talked about.

My significant other went here to have her hair done for mothers day. She was waiting patiently in line when she was told the woman that came in after her was next. After both my significant other and the other customer explained she was next instead, the stylist til the next customer to come on because my significant other was NOT getting her hair done. Clearly someone does not understand how to treat customers, and I wonder how long this place will stay in business operating this way.

Very skeptical on who does my hair my first time here today, Was absolutely amazed at how my hair turned out. The woman are great there. Very clean, relax & great atmosphere, definitely recommend everyone to go here!! Will be going back every two weeks!!! Thanks ladies!!

Unfriendly staff. No customer service skills. I walked in and sat just waiting to be acknowledged. In the end it cost me $40 for a wash and deep conditioner. My hair was only have way dry from under the dryer when i think the owner she took me out. Started to blow out my hair continually burnt me. (And I’m used to getting my hair done in new york every week) worst experience ever. I paid and she didn’t smile or look at me. Not even a thank you. I guess they dont need new customers. Who ever goes there, Just dont know better. Just moved here and even though i didn’t see any reviews i thought to give it a try since it was a sunday and closer than driving to Allentown. Never again.P S I never wrote a review on anything but this was a must.

Thank to my daughter I will not be going here at all they try to play her lol..but I’m from New York City where wash&set with blowout 25 to 35 even if your hair is long ♂️An my daughter Hair doesn’t even touch her shoulder ! Now remind you she didn’t even get a perm and you want to charge her $45 not happening she’s been going to Dominican since she was six years old !Eww her hair doesn’t even have body in it I do not recommend this place at all
