I had an appointment with Rita at 1:00 pm on 5/12/2022. I arrived early just in case I had to fill out forms. My appointment came and went. At 1:15 one of her coworkers informed me that Rita hadn’t arrived and she had called her. She kept calling her while I waited. By 1:40 I had waited long enough. I contacted another shop and was able to receive professional and courteous care. If Rita had called me to inform me she was running late or needed to change my appointment I would have been prepared. But to not show up or call me was very unprofessional and rude.

My hair turned out great.. however, I was overcharged. They charged me $65 for a service that was listed as $45. Also, I walked in at 12:15pm, and wasn’t finished until 5:00pm. My hair at other places usually takes about 2.5-3 hours, not 5. I definitely won’t come back and won’t recommend this place to anyone. Hairstyling

August 24, 2018 this was the day I got a horrible haircut. I told them I wanted a fade and the lady almost gave me a bowl cut but I stopped her midway. And I asked for the sideburns shape to be left longer and instead of shaping it up nicely, She didn’t even touch them. she left everything super short, shaved off and the side burns weren’t trimmed at all. And she used scissors instead of a trimmer. I don’t recommend this place at all, she did not even have the right tools. You would be disappointed with the job, I know I was.(it was my son that got his hair cut)

A Fabulous amazing job was done on my hair today. Ive been natural for 3 yrs and havent had it done professionally in a while. I’m so delighted that rolled the dice on my google search by allowing Gilda ( I am horrible with names and not %100 sure of her name ) but she did had me walking out of there with my hair flowing beautifully. I literally (no exaggeration) went in with an afro. I will be telling my girlfriends in the area and for sure will come back when im back in town. And I’d like to add I paid waaaaay less than I expected for the service I got.
