This establishment is very unprofessional. I sat there for two hours when I got into the chair. The man proceeded to pull my hair and comb it hard so I said to him allow me to comb my own hair because it’s thick. He immediately stopped and went to the next client and to wash her hair and I said how can you skip me and I have been here 2 1/2 hours.Due to the language barrier I called my friend and told her yo explain to her in Spanish what just took place the blonde hair lady said well she have attitude. I’m sorry my accent intimidates you and you refused my hair. You never know who’s sitting in your chair and as another business owner I would never handle my clients like that first and last time visiting this place. I don’t recommend anyone else go there either if this is how you handle those who come to spend their money.

I came here in hopes of finding a new Dominican hair salon, at first my hair looked really good after a wash and set. But after a few weeks, I noticed my hair wouldn’t puff up from the steam in the shower. When I went to wash my hair, my hair was coming out by the strand!!!!! In clumps !!!! I do not recommend this salon AT ALL , this has NEVER happened to me before and I am DEVASTATED seeing that I have to potentially CUT MY HAIR worst experience ever.

The service I got today on my niece’s hair was horrible. I asked for a blowout and the starting rate was $45 after they were done they charged us $60 because ” her hair was too thick”. When we saw the result we were upset because it wasn’t $60 worth of work at all. I do not think if you have a mixed child you should bring them here.

Critical: QualityMy hair broke off in clumps. Have to cut my hair. I am natural and I am sure they use perm without telling the customer. My hair was extremely curly and it is now straight after weeks of washing. I can still smell the chemical. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI’m currently sitting here and it’s been almost three hours. I signed in at 1:48 pm assuming it wouldn’t be a long wait due to there being 4 workers and three well, four plus me clients in the salon. I waited to be greeted well, I wasn’t… I walked up the to counter and asked when would it be my turn.. mind you everyone else was under the dryer. I was literally the only person that needed their hair washed. Well, after 30 minutes my hair was washed. I sat under the dryer for about 45. I was finally out from under the dryer seated in a chair closer to the beautician. Well, the gentleman can in with a bag of food and a six pack of Presidente’ and the Owner (I’m assuming since she worked the least) went to the back and left the older and younger lady up front. It’s been a terrible experience and I honestly would NOT recommend this location to ANYONE.
