Critical: QualityThe owner is greedy for money.When I first used this salon, they were careful not to use too much heat on my hair. I just did wash, blow dry & flat iron for $40One month later Nelly forced me to start doing rollers & sit under a hot dryer for over 1 hour. And she also did unnecessary trimming for $12 extra. Bringing the price to $50+My hair would come out looking frizzy & damaged because they stopped taking their time with customers. The owner is greedy for money.

Critical: QualityThe one time I went there and the owner was rude and talked to me like I was a child the whole time. And just because you have a lot of clients doesn’t mean you can rush & handle hair without care. Also leaving me under the dryer for more than is needed. Then at the end charge me over $60 for a simple wash & set. The one time I went there and the owner was rude and talked to me like I was a child the whole time. And just because you have a lot of clients doesn’t mean you can rush & handle hair without care. Also leaving me under the dryer for more than is needed. Then at the end charge me over $60 for a simple wash & set. Never going here again.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have scheduled for a 3:00 p.m. appointment. I called to schedule it at 10:00 a.m. once I realized that I wouldn’t be able to get out of my job at the hospital on time I called and reschedule it for 4:00 p.m. I got there at 4:05, and she refused to open the door told me that I had to sit outside and wait 10 minutes before I can come in. Definitely not paying overpriced for a doobie ever again. Within 5 minutes I was on the phone with another Doobie place and was able to get an appointment on the spot. I called to schedule it at 10:00 a.m. once I realized that I wouldn’t be able to get out of my job at the hospital on time I called and reschedule it for 4:00 p.m. I got there at 4:05, and she refused to open the door told me that I had to sit outside and wait 10 minutes before I can come in. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityTERRIBLE! They have a website set up for you to leave a deposit and also schedule your appt. I scheduled for 8am since that was an option and paid my deposit. Well nobody showed up at the salon and I waited for 30 mins. I went home and called them at 9:30 when owner decided to show up. She simply says Oh I didn’t see that. I asked her to cancel the processing on my deposit and she said she would…and of course that wasn’t done. Although the deposit was only $20, it’s the principle.
