I had got a blowout in October of 2022. I was very reluctant bc I’m natural and haven’t used heat in my hair in a while but I was out of options. I get my hair done by them and liked the results. HOWEVER after the blow out my hair was RUINED. All 4 years of hard work went down the drain. I don’t know if they put relaxer in the shampoo but my curls are NOT coming back months later. It’s dry, damaged, split ends and a bunch of relaxed hair strands that only happen when you use RELAXER. My natural girls do not go here!!!
