Sonia is THE best! She takes her time, cares about details and is extremely hospitable. She wants to ensure you like your hair before you get out her chair and leave her shop. I appreciate her excellent customer service, attention, as well as care to my natural hair. I have tight curls so sometimes it can be uneasy to manage; however, Sonia was gentle when handling them.

Horrible experience. The salon is filthy and the stylist used the same comb on all of the clients. She tried to give me a brush with hair in it to detangle my own hair. If I would’ve allowed her to finish my hair, she would have totally broken it off. And then she tried to charge full rate even though she didn’t finish my hair. Terrible service. Would definitely not recommend especially for natural hair.

Service was terrible, hair look like I could’ve done it myself at home. My niece ask for red dye and it was brown she charge 140 and did not do the service. The hold experience was terrible. I will never come back. Shampoo & conditioning, Hairstyling, Blowdry, Hair coloring

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst off I want to say as a professional hair stylist your job is to make sure your customers are happy every step of the way. Not blame their hair for why you’re doing such a terrible job. This lady yanked and was ripping my hair apart. I am tender headed but I haven’t cried getting my hair done since I was a kid. Today I actually cried. She was so insensitive and did not know how to properly detangle my hair. She was yanked from the root. I tried to last the whole service but as I was under the dryer, I watched her other customers face twist and turn as she blow drying her hair. I understand sometimes it gets hot but she was so close to the scalp w highest level of heat. I would not recommend especially if you’re on a healthy hair journey. I wanted to say something to the other customers so bad because a lady and her daughter walked in and the little girl had the same texture hair as me. I also watched her do a “trim” and it was so poorly done that I wanted to show the customer what she had done to the back of her head. She said I had to pay first so I paid her 65 which isn’t what the price chart lists but whatever. I know I have a lot of hair but as I’m under the dryer I asked to receive a partial refund and she only gave me 20 back. I feel like I was scammed. I paid 45 for a wash and set. I will never return to this place and I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. GET THIS PLACE SHUTDOWN AND MAKE HER FIND A NEW CAREER. She has the hands of a construction worker. My head is not a mannequin head. I value my crown and I hope anyone who reads this really considers not going here.Service: HairstylingFirst off I want to say as a professional hair stylist your job is to make sure your customers are happy every step of the way. I went for the first time because my stylist was moving locations. I must say that I really enjoyed my visit. Usually, I am totally against Dominican salons because of the hot blow dryers. However, This was a pleasurable visit. I was seen immediately, the service and the price was good. I got in and out. She took her time and my hair came out great. Depending on the new location of my current stylist, I plan on being a regular client.

This is my second first and I love it the atmosphere is very calm and pleasant Sonia does a great job on my hair she even gives me hair advice. I wanted to color my hair after only have permed a month ago and instead of her just taking my money she suggested I wait a couple of more weeks. Make me feel back at home NYC I recommend this salon to anyone in the Atlanta area

They do not know how to do 4c natural hair. I thought everything would go smoothly until come out from under the dryer. When they began to blow dry my hair , I was in so much pain I started crying. After blow drying my hair still wasn’t smooth. So they decided to blow dry my kinky afro hair with a fine RAT TAIL comb. My hair felt really dry, and a lot was breaking off. Due to excruciating pain, and the obvious possibility of heat damage , I told them to quit.

She did a decent job. My hair was straight when I left but she charged more than the sign indicated. I know it’s extra for deep condition but I already accounted for that. The pricing seemed arbitrary.
