Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI have came to this salon twice before and the service was amazing! However, the time is always an issue. I was told to come at 11;30 and she didn’t get started until about 1pm. The wash was great! However the press was not. My hair is oily and Sonia was very rude by saying she couldn’t get it right because my hair was thick. Even though I have seen her do hair thicker than mine. I have came to this salon twice before and the service was amazing! However, the time is always an issue. I was told to come at 11;30 and she didn’t get started until about 1pm. The wash was great! However the press was not. My hair is oily and Sonia was very rude by saying she couldn’t get it right because my hair was thick. Even though I have seen her do hair thicker than mine. So I googled this salon and read the reviews. I am so glad I went. I liked first that I was able to make an appointment online.. The shampoo was breath taking and I loved my hair. I do not go to salons. I have natural hair and it was just getting too much to manage plus was tired of wearing a pony tail. So I googled this salon and read the reviews. I am so glad I went. I liked first that I was able to make an appointment online.. The shampoo was breath taking and I loved my hair. Will definitely be going back.

I got my knotless braids done by Catherine her hands are magic. I was very comfortable and she was very polite and very professional. I will definitely go again.

Critical: ProfessionalismSo I had an appointment set for 8 am. When I got there, Sonia was walking in along with one other lady who was another customer. I was told that the girl that was doing my hair was on the way still and to wait a few minutes. Annoying, but it is what it is. So they girl walks in at 8:15 and asked what I wanted. I said medium box braids. Then another girl walks in and sits in a chair next to me. The lady that was suppose to braid my hair looks at me and said…. Can I do her hair first and then get to you because she is only getting six braids? First off, you were late to the appointment and now you want me to wait so you can do someone else hair?? Frustrating but I said ok. AN HOUR LATER, she is about halfway done with the first girl. Absolutely not. I grabbed my stuff and walked out. After I left, I remembered I made a deposit to hold my appointment. It was only $20 but since I was so annoyed with the service I called and asked for it back. When I asked Sonia said… we’ll your appointment was actually at 7 am… not 8 am which was not true. AND IF IT WAS TRUE WHY IS MY BRAIDER SHOWING UP AT 8:15 am? So I had an appointment set for 8 am. When I got there, Sonia was walking in along with one other lady who was another customer. I was told that the girl that was doing my hair was on the way still and to wait a few minutes. Annoying, but it is what it is. So they girl walks in at 8:15 and asked what I wanted.
