I have been to this location twice and both times, I left very satisfied with the results. The girls there are friendly and professional and work rather quickly. Pricing is fair and the environment is modest yet clean. If you show them a picture of what you like done to your hair they execute it perfectly. Overall (compared to other salons in the area) I’m very happy with this salon and will continue to go there. Highly recommend.

My hair was braided on Saturday for vacation. Two days later my hair was sticking out. This is my hair on the fifth day. Of course I took it out. Wasted money. I called to have it fixed before leaving, and she was not in. To be fair. But also let’s fairly say , go here when you want to throw money away. One star for opening another for closing.

Worst hair salon ever. They don’t even deserve one star. My daughter went in with a picture of the hair color she wanted, they completely messed up her hair and scalp. We paid them with the guarantee they would fix it when she came back, they botched it so bad she has to wait weeks before she can go to an actual professional to get it fixed. I can’t believe their even still open. With any luck, they’ll be shut down soon.

Yesterday I did a thing I just wanna give a shout out to the Dominican hair salon for giving me my shine back ! My first time there I envisioned my look and the brought it too life. They made me feel so comfortable! I haven’t been to an actual salon and years cause I had a bad experience when I was younger and made me afraid . I was so nervous but the stylist made me feel very comfortable ! When I looked in the mirror I almost cried ! My hair turned out so beautiful They did a phenomenal job !! I definitely got my money worth ! I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM!

I’m glad everyone here enjoys the service, I must of came at a bad time. I missed a wedding one lady that I give my respect for trying to hold service dwn. It was the worst experience of my life. Memories I missed because of the lack of work. Left crying and couldn’t believe I had to pay. Owner was doing her nails while there was one lady working on ten ladies by herself. Never again.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctualitythe last time i went to this salon i had to go to walmart and wait there for almost an hour because she said she was booked even though i scheduled an appointment there for 11:00am. they’re very unprofessional, while i was getting my hair done at 1:00pm at the time my head was under the heat for about 20 minutes. and after she blowed out my hair she trimmed it short but that’s not the problem. once it was time to wash my hair out… as i was washing my hair it felt straight and i was confused because i have 4c hair. i washed my hair about 4 times that day and it was still straight. my sister thought that it wasn’t heat damage but i’ve been having the same STRAIGHT hair for months. never will i ever go back to this salon it was a horrible experience and they have gave me heat damage.the last time i went to this salon i had to go to walmart and wait there for almost an hour because she said she was booked even though i scheduled an appointment there for 11:00am. they’re very unprofessional, while i was getting my hair …More
