Ive been going to Hair Paradise for a year and 6 months. Why is it that every time i go the price changes, i have to dispute the price. I get a wash and set which she charges me $35. When its time to pay she tells me $40 and i get the same wash and set. The last visit i had she explained to me that the price went up. I love my stylist but they need to be consistent on the price. And the past 3 times ive gone my hair had to be re washed due to the receptionist doing a horrible job. I am currently looking for a new hair salon.

It was my first time going to this salon which was referred by a friend. 10/23/18 I went into the salon to get a quote in person to get my kinky curly hair wash and blow out and I was given the price of $70-80 after the stylist examined (touched and pull to check length of my hair). Went in 10/25/18 to get my hair done. I decided to add semi-permanent color and I forgot to ask for the new price. So me thinking it shouldn’t be that much with a wash and the color, the most will be $115-120 or LESS. My stylist Rosa was the BEST and my hair turned out BEAUTIFUL. But when it was time to pay that price was not BEAUTIFUL. I’m not sure if it was the owner but when I asked for the price I heard her said $150. That price just BLEW me. I asked her why was I being charged so much.. she stated “ the wash $80, blow dry $50” and the color she couldn’t tell me. IT WAS THE WORST. And when I asked her how much for the color she stated “MAMI your hair take 2 bottles and it’s a touch up” But how could it be a touch up when it was my FIRST TIME THERE. JUST RIDICULOUS!! SPEECHLESS!! BTW my hair is or about bra strap length so I really don’t see why she charged me that much. What really bothered me is that I didn’t know what I paid for. So when people asked me where and how much I paid to get my natural hair straightened I am TOO EMBARRASSED to say. I feel like I was OVERCHARGED, OVERPRICED and OVER IT ALL. I will not be going back to that salon.

They always get my hair together. The way they did daughter hair for her graduation she was so happy and confident. She has very kinky,thick, virgin hair. They straighten her hair with no problem. I’ve been keeping here for a couple of years. Great service and nice people

When I got there I was assisted right away. However, I felt like the lady who started dealing with my hair was a bit rough. Plus she was dealing with several things which took away from my time and that annoyed me. So I was there for almost 2 hours. The price is not bad…but customer service is more important.

I love this place, best Dominican hair salon in South Florida. I’ve been coming here for years!! The staff is very friendly and caring. I came here during my pregnancy and now with my baby. They even help out with my baby while doing certain things on my hair. They treat me like family. Place is clean, price is very reasonable, NO LONG WAIT..
