Worst service, I did a blowout and the hair stylist ended up damaging my hair, you’re better off going somewhere else, overcharged me and forced me to tip even through they damaged my hair. The lady had my hair very straight on Valentine’s. I asked what was the price and she told me it goes by the length of your hair. Okay when she was done she told me $55. Another lady was leaving at the same time and her hair was a lot longer than mine but was charged $35. We got the same service done but I was charged $20 more. The lady that washed my hair was very rough. I don’t reccomend this place to African women

I went there, the girl that originally cut my hair a year ago wasn’t there. I showed them the picture of exactly how I wanted my hair cut. This lady speaks NO English at ALL was told by the owner I beleive, to do it. When I notice she was cutting to low! I tried to stop her, she was speaking in Spanish to the other clients continue cutting lowers! I been growing back my hair for a hole year, just to get the perfect cut. Now it’s starting all over! My hair is completely destroyed! I wish I could add the pictures here..

This is my first review ever. My hairstylist is Xiomara. She always does an amazing job on my hair. She has such a warm and lovely personality along with a magnificent talent. She has done the most beautiful haircut and color. I do not recreate to drive from Downtown Miami to Homestead just to have my hair done by Xiomara. Thank you.

The women in here are sometimes helpful and then sometimes they arent. I go here all the time, and my first keratin treatment wasn’t explained properly. There is a plus sized female who works there and is very rude. I don’t speak Spanish but I understand a little bit and she was very nasty to me. She let me stand there after my dryer was finished and didn’t want to help me, the lady who started me was doing great her coworkers hair…. she was sitting there eating chips. I stood up to let them all know I wasn’t being helped and they asked her to help me and she got the biggest attitude so I know she doesn’t like me and she was very rough with my hair.I think it’s rude that they work on each other’s hair in the middle of doing customers hair. I got held up an extra 40 minutes because they were doing each other’s hair that wasn’t professional. For now this place will have to do until I can find better. But if that oversized woman tries me again, I will definitely walk out of that salon.

This place is amazing! The ladies will leave your hair looking silky, smooth and it will last for more than 4-5 days. Sonia – Gave me an awesome hair massage while getting it cleaned. Gladys – Best hair dry and flat iron ever & extremely fast! Once she began blow drying my hair (which is thick and long–goes down to my waist line), she was done in 15-20 mins. The only down fall was that my hair smelled like burnt for 2 weeks, even after shampooing and conditioning. But maybe you can ask the ladies there what you can use to avoid that smell. Maybe powder? Don’t know…if anyone knows, pls comment on here cause I don’t want to stop coming here; but my husband did say “remember your hair smelled like burnt hair for 2 weeks” Regardless! This place is awesome, I recommend it!!!
