Whenever we think of a good blowout we come here! This place doesn’t nickel and dime every service and we love that. The blow out lasts until you wash it unlike the other places and they take pride in your hair. These ladies wash your hair with care, deep condition and asks you to perform a service ( such as trimming ends) before just doing it and charging. These amazing ladies are so good that we were in and out within 2.5 hours as walk ins. Highly recommended

I went to get my blowout on Monday night. I waited for like 15 to 20 minutes before someone came to wash my hair. The lady that washed and conditioned my hair was very nice, her name is Sonia. The other lady that did the actual blowout didn’t do a good job. My hair isn’t even up to a week old and yet it looks frizzy. I was charged 95 dollars and yet my hair didn’t come out the way I expected.

Definitely will be back. My hair is long and thick so I was charged 60 something. They were able to see me as a walk in and got me out within an hour and a half. Loved my hair. They trimmed my ends and even offered to wrap my hair for me before leaving. The shop is small, which is something I prefer. Not too many people so I didn’t have to worry about waiting for the stylist to be finished with someone else before getting to me. The shampooing was amazing. Didn’t feel as though spots were missed or like I was being rushed. Best part of all, no burnt hair smell in the salon. They use ample heat protection. When I went I had already detangled my hair (recommend for any dominican salons because they don’t all comb from the bottom up) so I can’t speak on the detangling process since mine was easy to comb through. However, I already have plans on returning in a few weeks for another blowout now that the temperature has dropped.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am a 4A natural that has grown her hair from a buzz cut to back length hair over the last 5years. I went to this salon to get a simple blow out for a wedding and left with chemical and heat damage. I never requested any chemicals to be put in my hair but they put a shampoo texturizer in my hair without my knowledge. Before I went to the bowl they spoke in Spanish and started touching my hair for a while. I told them I spoke a little Spanish (just to be friendly) so they tried to be more careful about what understood. Now I know why! After a week I washed my hair out and realized that my roots were completely straightened and various sections of my hair were bone straight. My once full bodied hair was limp and lifeless. 6years of growing and caring for my hair was down the drain! This act was nefarious and deceptive as I never asked for any chemical treatments yet received one without my consent! I will be filing a formal complaint!
