It’s a shame I’ve been coming here for over 5 years ever since they were at the old location. I use to love their service. They treated me like they really cared. But now idk what happened. Last time I went for color with my favorite girl Betty and I guess she thinks she is too good for anybody now. While getting my color the bleach sat on my head waaay to long and burned my scalp so badly. It was so hot and Betty didn’t even ask me if I was ok when she saw I was in obvious pain. After washing it out and drying I felt to see if my hair was dry, and to my shock I was pulling out lumps of hair!! I shown it to the manager and she had the nerve to tell me it was due to me wearing a ponytail!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE.

I went today to get my hair done and I was charged 81 for a shampoo (20) deep conditioner (10) and roller set (37) from my calculations that is 67. When I go to pay she says your total is 75 but it rung up 81. She said oh I forgot the deep conditioner. I asked for the breakdown and she gave me what was above. I am not sure what Math they are doing but I won’t be back until they learn how to count or post prices

They don’t really speak there..they only talk amongst themselves. Sophia is my favorite! I referred my cousin and we both went..I mentioned Sophia and she said she didn’t care who did her hair. But instead of the other beautician (Betty) asking her ..she left cause she “Assumed” that she wanted Sophia to do it, even though that wasn’t the case. I used to like it there but not as much anymore, especially after my favorite lady left.

I’ve been a client for years! Betty is my hair stylist now. Before her it was Angie who has moved on, but I’d see Betty when Angie was not there. I’ve been braiding my hair, but I’ll be going g back to Betty for a trim. Always professional, clean and give great customer service!! You’d be pleased with your results.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was probably one of THE worst experiences I’ve had at a hair saloon. I went in to get my hair straighten and cut. The stylist was laughing and speaking in her language the whole time. The heat setting on her tools were too high. She burned my scalp repeatedly. Its been 4 days since and my hair is significantly damage to the point of clumps falling out and have washed it several times and it is not reverting to its natural state. I now have to shave off my hair to start the process over. This was a total waste of my money and time. Very very bad service. This was probably one of THE worst experiences I’ve had at a hair saloon. I went in to get my hair straighten and cut. The stylist was laughing and speaking in her language the whole time. The heat setting on her tools were too high. She burned my scalp repeatedly. Its been 4 days since and my hair is significantly damage to the point of clumps falling out and have washed it several times and it is not reverting to its natural state. Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueAs always, they do an awesome job. Totally painless blowout. The shampoo/conditioner smells delicious and doesn’t weigh my hair down. I always get a trim that comes out evenly without stragglers. I think they do charge per length so I average $55/60 a visit. I had such a great experience at this salon! The service was quick and the stylists were so friendly. I came in with tangled natural hair (type 4c for those that know). I had recently taken braids out of my hair and the tangles were too much for me to deal with. The owner (or main stylist that greets everyone and takes payments) detangled my hair in a quick and painless way. The stylist who blow dried and straightened my hair was also friendly and quick. And my hair looks great!

Prompt service, staff is a little hard to understand, due to their accents, so you may have repeat yourself a few times overall, I would recommend. One important thing is, they get you in & out! Since I do not particularly care for going to Beauty Salons, this was a plus.
