Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThe workers DO NOT sanitize the equippment. I have watched the workers drop rollers on the floor as well as take them out of patrons hair, place them into the drawers, and then reuse them on other patrons without sanitizing. They have a Coronavirus training certificate on the wall but the training methods are not being used. The hair dressers are also changing the amounts of prices quoted. They “do not” display pricing as other salons. This is not a fair and honest consumer practice. I have sent an email to them through the Better Business Bureau and will report them to the Delaware Department of Health and Human Services as well as to the Delaware Department of Justice Consumer Protection Unit if they don’t take the time to fix these issues. Great people and great work. I go when I don’t feel like doing my own hair. I pray I can afford it weekly. I never had a bad experience here. My stylist doesn’t speak English well but there is always someone in the shop who can translate. I never go on Saturday or Friday,

Love this saloon . No appointments available but the wait is pretty significant. Always love my hair and love the stylist . Very professional and personable staff . Staff is very talented with all types of hair and extremely experienced with clips on’s and or extensions. The owner is a peach . Highly recommend!!!!! And PS

First let me start by saying I have been going to this place for a number of years. My last 2 experiences were not great and needless to say I will not be returning as a customer. The last time I was here I made an appointment and sat here for over 2 hours while they tried to take me clients that walked in until I spoke up and then I got my hair finished. Today I called an hour after they opened for a hair appointment the lady on the other line told me to just walk in which is what I did and now when I arrive I’m being told it’s by appointment and there is no one in the damn shop I’m truly disgusted.

The salon is always neat and clean.. Prices are a little steep, but my rationale is a minority business is being supported. I wear my hair natural most of the time, but when I want it strait they are my “goto” salon.
