I’ve come to this salon 4 times this year and every time I come they charge me a different price. It’s ridiculous cause I base my payment by averaging it out, however, today, they went overboard!!! $60 for a wash and blow when I paid $45 in June, 2022 and my hair was a lot shorter this time. They don’t list any prices either, which is why I think they charge whatever they want. They won’t see my face again!!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismThe owner, which is supposed to be the one setting the example, is very rude and has no manners. She’s the one at the front desk. Did not greet or anything. The older lady who washed my hair was nicer (the 1 star is for her). The owner ended up doing my hair and she would literally put her hand on my shoulder and push me down if I moved (like if I was a little kid). I was shocked. This was very unethical and unprofessional. She treats people like they are getting their hair done for free.My hair smelled like it had been burned. Biggest FRAUDS…charged me double the price I was quoted…owner is extremely rude….the worker who did my hair was ok and the one star is for her…Please get the price in writing otherwise they will flip and charge double. I am NEVER going back there. Haircut

And I sit and wait to get my hair done. My appointment was for 10:00am. It’s 10:47am and I’m still sitting and waiting. They know how to do hair well!! They offer a wide variety of options for a wide variety of hair types–keratin blowouts, extensions, etc… The prices are decent as well. And they always offer great hair care advice. The only reason i took one star off is because i wish they took appointments but sadly at this time they don’t.

Came to this salon last week to blow dry my hair, no a big deal. I did no like the way they did my hair, no volume no waves but I said to my self maybe is because it’s the first time let give them another chance. This week Monday 23 April I came back to retouch my grey hair and same as first time. My hair look like I did myself in the bathroom. When I got in my car and looked at the visor mirror, what a surprise all my gray hair showing up bright and shiny. I went back inside and show them and the offered to redoing my hair but did non have the time. I believe they should give me my money back. I don’t mind to pay for a service as long is well done. The service was mediocre too. I won’t go back there even to get my hair done for free. Wherever I go I’m happy to pay and gives good tips but i want good service and professionalism.
