Not one person thought to tell me this lady was literally butchering my hair. Everything about my haircut should be Illegal and they need to retire whatever skills they think they have and let real skilled people have that job opportunity. They don’t even deserve one star

Love the Place!! I Love Lola!!! She is very professional….. I called for the first time because i wanted this treatment ASAP and she said yes, The service was great. It was a long (3 hrs) Keratin Treatment and it came out great. I will be recommending!!!!!

If zero stars were possible that’s what I would rate this place. I walked in with my hair down below my bra strap and asked for a long asymmetrical bob, I even took a picture to show what I wanted. The woman who butchered my hair should never be allowed to hold scissors for any reason. She chopped the back of my hair in an uneven line and left my sides looking like I have poodle ears. She took so much of my length. Then they try to justify it with preposterous excuses. It’s just ridiculous. I had to pay to go elsewhere, someplace where they know how to cut and style hair, to have it fixed. Horrible, HORRIBLE, experience. Let them wash your hair if you want but don’t let them near you with scissors.
