Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been to this establishment three times now. Great experiences all times! The first 2 times i got a blow out and trim! She did an amazing job! The third time, i had a sew in and the person who did it got scissor happy and chopped my hair (weave extensions) up. I called and came in and she fixed it beautifully! I truly appreciate businesses like this! She was very professional and sweet (i need to get her name) lol. I highly recommend this business to anyone! You won’t leave dissatisfied! Especially in a beauty industry with hair stylist trying to over charge for bare minimum services, on top of being unprofessional! This place is a breath of fresh air! I was very excited to try this place as it was recommended from one of my mom groups. The place was clean and bright however they charged me $140 for a wash and set with a trim. My hair is definitely long and thick but I came in with it detangled and sat right away and I was still there from 10-2. So the reviews stating quickness and price are not accurate for everyone. Unfortunately that price is excessive and I am still in search of a good salon in the Baltimore area.

I came here to get my natural 4c hair done here for the first time in YEARS. And let me tell you, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. The owner frowned her face at my hair when I told her I just took my braids out. She combed through my hair horribly causing breakage and on top of that the have no price list. And YOU WILL LEAVE WITH YOUR HAIR SMELLING LIKE PURE BURNT HAIR!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Surprised this place is still open. My worse hair salon experience ever. Spent $70 and 3 hours for them to botch my hair. The so-called stylist/owner dyed my hair and didn’t color my full head as requested but still managed to stain my entire hairline and ears. Then she re-dyed in attempt to fix but gave a totally different ugly color. After all, my hair and head still looked horrible and stained but, she still charged me extra for the 2nd dye which still didn’t FIX HER MISTAKES. Plus she tried to up the price to blow dry in the middle of all this. I would not waste anymore time and money on her hair experiments. Also, they trash talk customers in Spanish assuming that you can’t understand. She had no remorse. Terrible customer service and unprofessional. My man even asked what happened to my hair afterwards.

I have been to better. I am black but my hair has a soft texture to it and I was looking to get my ends clipped. Judging by the photos I thought she would be able to, but I was wrong. She washed it, blow dried it, and then started to curl my hair after I told her my request. She said it was because my hair was still heavy after she washed it. It wasn’t my hair was not oily to the touch and it fell so well as it always does when I get it done. This place is definitely checked off my list.
