I been coming to get a haircut from Domingo for over 6 years. One of the best barbers in Lowell. Not only is he good at what he does, but he will make time for you if you really need to get a cut and he has a tight schedule. I am happy for him for this new venture as a barbershop owner because he will bring a strong work ethic to those that he employ. You cant go wrong getting a haircut here and supporting a local business.
