Victoria has done my hair ever since moving to Richmond almost five years ago. I also hired her to do my hair for my wedding. She did a beautiful job for myself, my bridesmaids and our moms. She is beyond fantastic! She always listens to what I am hoping to achieve with my hair goals and I have never been disappointed. I trust her so much that I usually tell her to cut my hair however she would like and I always love it! She is always so sweet and truly makes my hair appointments a time of relaxation. I also love the entire vibe of the salon and would highly recommend!

Don’t use Victoria I think she might have a drug problem ,she lost her temper with my wife after questions my wife had about the color not being what she the customer wanted , called my wife rude and continued to belittle her until she was in tears . We will Never be back and will recommend every one I know and will know to never go to the doll house because of Victria the unprofessional !!!!

I love this place so much! It was my first time getting my hair dyed professionally and Tabitha is awesome and spent a few hours doing my hair and my sisters! I got dark brown hair with pink and blue highlights and the highlights came out more pastel than bright and she had my come back next day to brighten them free of charge! On top of that my sister was able to get her appointment in and I couldn’t because they were booked up and than they decided to take us both! Will be going back soon!
