My hairstylist today was Olivia she was amazing! I noticed all the stylists at Dollhouse are super nice as well! I came in not really knowing what my hair needed but explained what I liked about my hair & what I thought it needed, she listened very well & was able to put her magic to work. I had a trim, highlights & toner. I’m extremely happy with my service. I’ve been in & out of salons for 14yrs & Olivia made me feel very comfortable! The outcome is relieving because its exactly what I asked for & nothing less. Everything was such a breeze.

Hilary was awesome! I just moved to the area and she made me feel so welcome immediately. She listened to my “I would likes” for my haircut and I told her that I was open because my hair is thick and kind of does what it wants. She was a lot of fun to talk to and she paid attention to my hair all throughout the haircut (like I said, it’s thick and even when it’s thinned out, it’s still thick and needs more attention.) She did such a great job and I am so excited to continue seeing her again when I need my next cut!

I gave this a 3 because I had a stylist Olivia do highlight in mine and my daughters hair, our hair was left very brassy along with spots throughout my hair and my daughters was orange so she dyed it back with a box dye, I reached out to Olivia through text and phone several times and she never responded, I paid almost 400 dollars to her and she ghosted me instead of trying to fix it. I finally rescheduled with and paid for service’s to have my hair fixed by Hillary and she did an amazing job.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI need to preface this with the fact that I’m not picky about my hair.This is the WORST haircut of my entire life. I went to Olivia and, while she was personable and friendly, she was very unprofessional (checked her phone and then complained about family drama for half the appointment). She did not ask to see pictures of what I was looking for, never showed me the back of hair cut before hurrying me out the door, and never asked if there was anything I’d like to see different.The cut was WAY shorter than I expected. I asked for short and jaw length, and parts of it are above the bottom of my jaw, parts are below, and none of it is a uniform length. She then thinned it out using a straight razor instead of adding layers.I did straighten it prior to taking pictures because I was hoping it was just sitting weird after it was dried.I would NOT recommend going there.ETA: this was a $55 haircut. Went and saw Cassie and she did amazing. I’ve got hair almost down to my butt and I’ve loads of box dye over the years so I knew my hair would be a nightmare for anyone. I wanted a blue oil slick and, after a few hours and two bleaches, Cassie absolutely nailed it. I will continue to make the trip from Kirkland to Olympia specifically to have my hair colored by her. So happy to finally have the mermaid hair I’ve always wanted!
