The atmosphere was nice and the ladies were really sweet. Which is what the star is for. I showed them multiple pictures of the hairstyle I wanted and specifically said not to mess with the length. I ended up with a super short not even close version of what I wanted. Very disappointed. The more I look at it, the more I hate it and want to cry. I am literally embarrassed to go out in public with this cut.
