They were very nice and very clean. Customer Service the was great, it jus felt like my wax was rushed. Still had a couple of hairs that were very visible. The wax lady didnt really care enough to put any ingrown remedies afterwards and I ended up with a couple of boils and 2 weeks later swollen lymph nodes around my groin from the boils. Wouldn’t return but it was a decent experience, I guess.

Critical: ProfessionalismI didn’t actually end up visiting due to the circumstances. The website states a “Make Up & Blow Out Special for $100” on Tuesday or Wednesday. I tried calling twice prior to booking online, with no answer. I booked online using the full face make up selection for $100. Left a note in the description that I wanted the special, and requested a call to confirm this was possible. Called the next morning at 9am (because that when it says they open) the lady answered swiftly and stated she wasn’t there and couldn’t confirm. She called back 1 hr later and stated that1.) She didn’t has a “specialist in at that time for make up”2.) Price changed to $125, and she hasn’t been able to update the website due to COVID (IDK what the business has been doing with the time if not updating the system?)3.) No longer had the special, so I was quoted ~ $175 instead of the price falsely advertised on the website.I had to cancel my photos last minute due to their lack of professional care.
