I’ve been visiting Dolled Up by Caroline for over 4 years. I refuse to go to anyone else, the service is just too good. She’s always on time. I get compliments from this Stylists more than anyone else i’ve ever been to. But, Mrs Caroline is a Stylists that’s knowledgeable. Taking several visits, we lightened as we went along, cutting short gradually. It was a smooth process. I’ve also had her perform the lash lift and tint several times.
