Fast service and a pretty good haircut. Not much banter. I was in a hurry to get my haircut for a family event. It looks good to me, but my wife is picky. Lol. I’m going back every 2 or 3 weeks. Maybe once a month. Depends on the cost of living and whether I can afford it. Politicians are killing us.

One woman nitpicked and complained so badly that her son started crying. She was the reason her son started crying. She was hovering over the poor stylist and the stylist did EVERYTHING the woman told her to do, then before the poor girl could finish the hair style KAREN decided that she was done with her sons’ haircut. Of course it looked awful KAREN, you stopped the girl from doing what you told her to do in the middle of the cut.Come in if you want a decent haircut. They will do it. Whatever you want, these stylists are the greatest. The people who work here bend over backwards for you. Appointment started at 10:30 am, finally left at 2:30 pm. Highlights took 4 hours, are too light, streaky, and she didn’t bleach the ends when she did the highlights so my hair is two colors horizontally. Sat in silence with the hairdresser the entire time. She left purple shampoo stained on my face. Wanted to love my hair, but I just can’t. Very very dissatisfied and upset. 🙁

I work at this Dollar Cuts as the receptionist and it has been a great place to work. All of our staff has great customer service and does our best to please our customers. There have been google reviews on here talking about the manager Jennifer and how she did not give a full return to a client who did not like her color. Our manager handled the situation in a professional manner and offered the girl $60 dollars as refund since our stylist Judy stayed late to finish her hair and also tried her best to fix it the next day. When the girl left she told our manager that she would gladly accept the $60 dollars and understands that Judy tried her best. The 4 reviews about this incident from the 4 different accounts are lies and have been bending the truth about what the manager told them. Please ignore what they are saying about our salon. Our staff is very nice and do their best to please the customers. And Jennifer is truly a great manager and stylist.
