Welp, my 11 year old daughter use to have long beautiful hair until the latina lady chopped it off to her chin level. The picture clearly doesn’t say anything about her hair being on her chin level and was charged $110 for color and haircut. My daughter couldn’t go to school for days and has been suffering from depression, imagine adding that to her mental health.

Will never go back. The Asian lady that works there works on 3 people all at once. She literally has customers lined up she cuts on one goes to the other… comes back to the first etc. She is trying to get all the customers. The manager was there and did not care at all. She seemed to be fine with this. Do not go with the Asian lady and if you do tell her to finish your cut before she takes another customer.

Critical: QualityThey were nice but if you’re looking for a decent hair cut, don’t go here. I have straight, blonde hair, which shouldn’t be difficult to cut. However the haircut i received was terrible. There was little to no blending and she cut off way too much then proceeded to charge me $30 because it was an “A-line cut”. She gave a very bad attitude when I told her I had an appointment with Erika. My wife who was waiting heard her on the phone talking rude to customers.
