Whoever cut my son’s hair today (Jayden on Jan 23rd) left it a bit jagged and it wasn’t as short as we had wanted it. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been a customer for years and have gotten great service from every single stylist except Lee. She is so rude and unprofessional,has no knowledge of customers service. At first I thought is was a language barrier,I don’t know if she didn’t understand me,but I mean I speak very good English. Her personality is very dry and rude towards any customer that requires her to fix a mistake. She has no patience and is not in the right business , she clearly didn’t get the memo that this place is a family Friendly place.
