When there is only one person in chair and no one else. I did A walk in for eye brow waxing. I just got told there next appointment was in 30 mins. The lady in the back had 10 mins for her customer to get there and she couldn’t do my eye brow waxing. I will never come back to this one for awhile or they have new people who will take 5 to 10 mins while waiting to do eye brow waxing. And was just told they couldn’t cut a boys hair cut cause they had an appointment in 10 mins and I could wait almost an hour to get one. Lol this place is a joke. And what boys hair takes longer than 10 mins?

I usually don’t have a problem w/ cheaper hair salons. But honestly got such a bad hair cut from here. Not happy at all. last minute decided to get some long layers done here while the rest of my family got haircuts. I didn’t think long layers would be hard to do. However, I was wrong I guess. Now highlights that I’ve actually paid a lot of money for are butchered. While I was obviously unhappy and trying to have her fix what she can of my hair, she was asking me how to fix it? I’m not the one who’s gone to cosmetology school so I’m not really sure how I could be of much help in that area. All I could Really show her was where It didn’t quite look right , and where I was unhappy w/ it at. Then she was cutting around everywhere but the part that needed more blending or something. Like I literally said I was trying to keep my hair as long as I could, but she was going all shear happy trying to “fix” whatever parts I was fine w. All around just bad. They could’ve given me a discount or extensions or something to try and cover up this huge hole she basically chopped in my hair, but nothing! I USED to really love my hair): but now I guess I have to wait for it to grow out to be fixed.

I come here all the time to get my hair cut and dyed and laynie does the most beautiful job every time! I used to have hair to my waist and I wanted to cut it short and she got it spot. I also balayage my hair and she did the best job ever, would highly recommend 🙂
